POLICIES for SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We know how excited you are to get your new purchase so we ship orders within 24 business hours. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150. Orders under $150 are a flat rate shipping of just $6.95 via USPS. Keep in mind that your shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal (total AFTER sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied!) and does not include tax. Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. We ship your purchases ASAP! Remember to check your email for your tracking number.
If you are a LOCAL customer (from Jacksboro, Texas), and would like to pick up your order at the store, select LOCAL Store Pick Up when checking out. You can pick up your order up from the store Wednesday - Friday 11 AM to 5 PM.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We guarantee you will absolutely love everything you get from us! We also understand that sometimes things don't always work out.
• We will gladly accept returns on FULL priced merchandise within 25 days of purchase with tags attached for store credit. Your store credit will be be a personal code we email you that can be used on your next online order.
• Sale items, jewelry, hats, tanners, candles, makeup, soaps and undergarments may not be exchanged or returned.
• Orders can not be canceled, but you can return it.
Please refer to the criteria below and make sure all guidelines are met before sending back your items. If you have questions about a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a email about your store credit when we receive your return.
• FIRST, please send us a quick email about your return to email@example.com to make sure it qualifies.
• All returns must be received within 25 days of the original shipment date.
• All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
• Sale items, jewelry, hats, tanners, candles, makeup, soaps and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, etc.).
• Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees unless the reason for the return is an error on our part. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
If one or more of these criteria is not met, we have the right to reject your return or charge you a 20-50% restock fee. If your return is rejected, it is your responsibility to pay the shipping fee to have package sent back to you.
We like to make exchanges fast and easy. If you would like to exchange an item please email us immediately, within 5 days from the date your order shipped, to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what item and size you need. We will pull it and hold it for you if still in stock. When we receive the exchange from you we will ship it out. If we do not have your exchange in stock you will be issued a store credit that you can use at any time.

Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We will email you once everything is processed and completed.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse full store credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, or a 20-50% restocking fee. Please consider purchasing delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as Laughing Crow and Crew is not responsible for lost return packages in transit. Returns and Exchanges are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders can not be canceled, but you can return it.
