Shipping & Local Pickup
Orders ship within 24 business hours whenever possible. During high-volume periods, please allow up to 1–2 additional business days for processing.
Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $6.95 via USPS. Shipping is calculated after discounts and coupons (before tax).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help.
• Full-priced items may be returned within 15 days of purchase with tags attached for store credit only. Store credit will be emailed to you as a personal code for your next online order.
• Sale items and the following are final sale: jewelry, hats, tanners, candles, freshies, wax melts, makeup, soaps, and undergarments.
• Orders cannot be canceled, but eligible items may be returned.

Return Policy
• Please email laughingcrowandcrew@gmail.com before sending a return to confirm eligibility.
• Returns or exchanges must be received within 15 days of the original shipment date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, and in original condition.
• Final sale items include: sale items, jewelry, hats, tanners, candles, freshies, wax melts, makeup, soaps, and undergarments.
• Items must include original tags and accessories (belts, straps, etc.). Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox.
• Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet these guidelines may be rejected or subject to a 20–50% restocking fee. If rejected, the customer is responsible for return shipping back to them.
Exchange Details
To request an exchange, please email laughingcrowandcrew@gmail.com within 5 days of your order shipping and include the item and size needed. If available, we’ll hold the exchange for 7 days.
Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the exchange. If the item is no longer in stock, you’ll receive store credit that can be used at any time.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You’ll receive an email once your return or exchange has been processed.
Terms & Conditions
All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny returns or issue partial store credit if items do not meet return criteria and may apply a 20–50% restocking fee.
We recommend using tracking and shipping insurance, as Laughing Crow and Crew is not responsible for lost return packages in transit. Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 24 business hours.
